These terms cover your use of FindHappyHour (the "site"), a free website that maps live pub and bar happy hours, currently focused on Manchester, UK. By using the site, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
This is the most important thing on this page, so we're leading with it rather than burying it in section 8. We do our best to keep happy hour times, prices, and offers accurate and up to date, but venues change their hours and deals - sometimes without telling us - and mistakes can happen on our side too. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a specific deal will be running when you arrive.
Always confirm opening hours and happy hour details directly with the venue before visiting, especially if you're travelling specifically for a deal. If you spot something wrong, please use the "Report an issue" button on that venue's listing - it's the fastest way for us to fix it, and we rely on people using it.
FindHappyHour is provided free of charge, with no account required to use it. We may add features, change how the map works, or expand coverage beyond Manchester over time, and we may also change or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

If you submit a report or suggest a correction through the site, you're giving us permission to use that information to review, correct, or improve our listings. Please don't include anyone else's personal information in a report unless it's directly relevant (e.g. reporting misleading pricing).
Venue names, addresses, and happy hour details belong to the venues themselves - we're just aggregating publicly available information to make it easier to find. We aren't affiliated with, and don't speak on behalf of, any venue listed on the site unless stated otherwise. Links to venue websites or third-party services (including the Mapbox-powered map itself) are provided for convenience, and we aren't responsible for their content or availability.
The FindHappyHour name, logo, and the site's design and code are ours. Venue and happy hour data displayed on the map isn't owned by us, and remains the property of the relevant venue or its original source.
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and (as covered in Section 2 above) we don't guarantee the accuracy of any happy hour information displayed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindHappyHour won't be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site - including, without limitation, wasted trips, disappointment, or expense arising from a happy hour listing that turned out to be inaccurate or no longer running. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
We may update these terms as the site evolves. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
